I have recently joined The Agile Company as one of the directors. The Agile Company was created to specifically help companies wishing to become Agile themselves (ie: with a true Transformation objective in mind).

The company of course provide services around the technical/technology departments of organisations and help them to become Agile; but we also recognise that the said departments are not the only ones involved or indeed required to deliver Enterprise Agility. There currently is a disconnect in the overall Agility Value Chain. There is a disconnect in the overall Business Value Chain!!!

This is why we also provide Transformation services for the Business functions, mainly in the shape of eXtreme Analysis experience and coaching...

Now, here's a concept: imagine a company which has become technologically agile coupled with Programme/Project Management and Business Analysis functions that also have the same attributes....
